Lead the division that sets Renaissance apart from every other restoration company in America.
Renaissance Historic Exteriors operates one of the only in-house architectural copper and sheet metal fabrication studios in the Midwest. We design and produce custom copper elements — finials, gutters, standing seam panels, custom flashings, and architectural cladding — that are specified for historic restoration projects across the country. The Copper Studio is a strategic differentiator, and we are looking for the right leader to scale it into a national supplier to the restoration trades industry.
This is a management and growth role for someone who combines operational discipline with genuine passion for craft and craftsmanship culture. You'll lead a team of skilled fabricators, own end-to-end production operations, and build the commercial infrastructure to grow the studio's revenue.
