Role Overview:
As a Historical Building Specialist, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and property owners involved in historical preservation projects.
- Consult with clients to understand their unique needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits of tile, slate, and copper roofing for historical preservation and modern sustainability.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with our project and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the historical restoration and construction market.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide accurate estimates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, historical preservation standards, and roofing materials.
- Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and professional gatherings.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction, restoration, or roofing industries.
- Strong knowledge of tile, slate, and copper roofing systems is a plus.
- Passion for historical preservation and architecture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay: $55,000 -$78,000 annually based on skillset and experience.
