We are seeking experienced tradesmen to join our team for historic preservation projects across the Midwest region.
Ideal candidates will specialize in one or more of the following trades:
We are seeking experienced tradesmen to join our team for historic preservation projects across the Midwest region.
Ideal candidates will specialize in one or more of the following trades:
- Masonry: Proficiency in historic brickwork and preservation techniques.
- Carpentry: Expertise in traditional woodworking, timber framing, and historic structure repairs.
- Sheet Metal Installation: Experience in custom sheet metal fabrication and installation, particularly in historic contexts.
- Tile and Slate Roofing: Skills in traditional tile and slate roofing methods, including repairs and restoration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the respective trade(s), with a portfolio of past projects preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of historical preservation principles and methods.
- Willingness to travel within the Midwest region as project locations vary.
- Commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
