About the Job
We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Fenton, MO facility. In this role, you'll oversee all receiving, storage, dispatch, and security operations — keeping our field crews stocked and moving so they can do the restoration work that matters.
You'll work directly with the general manager, production and tile sales teams, warehouse foreman at the IL office, and be a key partner in keeping our historic restoration projects running on time and on budget.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and manage warehouse personnel — scheduling, safety, accountability, and daily goal-setting
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution of materials; inspect and document any losses
- Maintain inventory for tile/slate sales and roofing operations
- Coordinate material and equipment allocation with field crews and foremen — daily communication required
- Manage trailers, vehicles, and other capital assets; coordinate repairs and purchases as needed
- Ensure safe operation of forklifts and power tools in partnership with the Safety Manager
- Receive and fulfill tile sales orders from the General Manager
- Maintain an organized, clean warehouse, storage yard, and parking area
- Hold bi-weekly strategy meetings with the Tile Sales Manager and operations team
- Identify problems and implement solutions — you own the warehouse, start to finish
- Drive and maintain a company vehicle during operational work hours
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or operations leadership
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain; comfort with power tools and equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you keep things moving and accounted for
- Excellent communicator who works well across departments
- A self-starter who spots problems before they become emergencies
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and doing things the right way

- VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
- NO MOVING VIOLATION TICKETS IN THE LAST 3 YEARS
